July Update

For this update, we would like to talk a bit about the work we have done since our last update as well as an upcoming event that we are hosting in Chicago to raise funds for the Ukrainian army!

We recently bought two plane tickets to help a Ukrainian mother and young daughter travel from Poland to Chicago, where they will be staying for the time being as refugees while their father/husband continues to fight for Ukraine.

We were also able to purchase more army supplies, such as helmets and vests, for the Ukrainian army; we are hoping to send these supplies by the end of the month. As you may know, Ukraine is currently fighting brutal battles on the eastern frontlines -- anything to help the Ukrainian army fight and defend will in turn help all Ukrainians.

Finally, our primary focus for the past several weeks was helping Ukrainian singer and former People's Deputy of Ukraine Oksana Bilozir host a fundraising concert in Chicago! Bilozir is overlooking profits made from the concert, which will go towards purchasing and providing gear to the Ukrainian army. We have helped Bilozir with booking a venue as well as with advertising the concert in Chicago.

If you are interested in attending, you can buy tickets in several different ways. We are working with two different Ukrainian companies in order to help sell tickets.

The first option is to buy physical tickets at Meest Karpaty in Chicago (address is 6725 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60634).

The second option would be to call Meest Karpaty and they can process your payment information and reserve your tickets which you can then pickup at anytime, but there is a fee for credit card processing.

Third option is to buy tickets at Meest Palatine in Rolling Meadows (address is 1645 Hicks Rd Unit K, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008).

Another option would be to buy tickets at Self Reliance bank in Chicago.

The final option is to buy the tickets at the concert venue the day of the concert.

Oksana Bilozip will be participating in other concerts in other states but Ukraine Aid and Rebuilding Fund Inc. is only assisting with the Chicago concert.

For any questions or concerns concerning the concert or for any of our work, please feel free to contact us through our website or to send an email to ukraineaidandrebuild@gmail.com. Thank you for your support this past month and we hope to see you at the concert! Slava Ukraini!
